Click home, scroll all the way down beneath the online status thing and there should be a place where it says blah, blah, blah are in the chat box. Below that it should say Join Chat?

Also, if you do find a good pic, I have an easier way to put it up. You might be able to access it through the Admin Panel. You go to users then click your name, scroll down to avatar options.
